About Bachelor of Arts (Tourism Studies):
The Bachelor of Tourism Studies is a three year course divided into six semesters. The candidates in order to take admission in the concerned course program should have the following eligibility:
A BPP from IGNOU or Intermediate/ Class 12th/ Senior Secondary level of education from any schools recognized by central / state Boards of India.
The candidates will be required to pass in all the six semesters of the course for getting g degree of the BTS Program.
This course is available in both distance and regular modes for the candidates interested to take admission in the concerned programme.

Programme Fee:
1st Year- Rs. 1800
2nd Year- Rs. 2500
3rd Year- Rs. 2500
The candidates can complete the course in maximum six years as prescribed for this purpose. The programme carries a maximum of 96 Credits for qualifying the concerned degree course.
Application Criteria:
The candidates can apply online from the website of the IGNOU as described for this purpose. The registration process is normally held in the months of August/ September through the university website. The candidates can apply by sending a Demand Draft of the required course fee drawn in favor of the IGNOU payable at the local regional centre of the IGNOU.
