Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess Bachelor Degree in Civil Engg/ Planning/ Architecture from a govt. recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks or Post Graduate in Planning/ Traffi Planning from a govt. recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks and should possess working knowledge of “CUBE” or similar software.
