Admission Methodology:
The Assam University conducts an Admission Test at different departments for the assortment of applicants willing for admission to this university. The applicants would be shortlisted on the basis of their marks attained in their precedent educational records, written entrance exam and interview. This written test will take place on 6th July, 2014 from 12:00n noon onwards. Therefore, applicants failing to attend this test, will not be admissible.
How to apply:
Eligible and keen candidates, who fulfill all the criterions of eligibility of their preferred programme, are suggested to download their respective application formats from the official website- aus.ac.in. After downloading this form, they must deposit an application fee of Rs.600/- charged by the university in the form of Demand Draft favoring Finance Officer, Assam University, Silchar payable at Silchar or Bank Challan. Once applicants successfully issue these payments, they are supposed to send the duly filled form to the prescribed University address along with the Pay in slip/ DD and copies of other required documents.
