EAMCET 2014 Online Applying Details & Dates of Examination
The EAMCET stands for Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad for all the eligible candidates interested to take admissions in the professional courses under the Engineering, Agricultural and Medical Streams respectively. The entrance exam for the current session is scheduled to be held on 17th May 2014 for all the interested applicants.

Eligibility for EAMCET 2014:
The applicants for being eligible to the EAMCET 2014 should be having their educational qualifications as per the course for which they are applying.
i)for Engineering, Bio Technology, B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech (Agriculture Engineering), B.Tech (Food Science and Technology), B.Sc. (Commercial Agriculture and Business Management)- Intermediate/ 10+2 from Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh with the concerned subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry/ Bio Technology/ Biology as optional subjects in 45% marks (40% marks for reserved categories)
ii) for B.Sc. (Agriculture) /B.Sc. (Horticulture)/ B.V.Sc. and A.H./B.F.Sc. /B.Tech (FST) and B.Sc. (CA and BM)- Intermediate/ Class 12th from Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh with the subjects as per the course for which application has been made
iii) for MBBA/ BDS Courses- Intermediate/ 10+2 with minimum of 50% marks in the following subjects Physics/ Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology and English
iv) for BAMS/ BHMS/ BNYS- Intermediate /10+2 in Physics/ Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology
v) for Bachelor/Diploma in Pharmacy Courses- Intermediate/ 10+2 in Physics/ Chemistry/ Biology from Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh with a minimum of 45% marks for all the candidates
Age Required: is 17 years for qualifying in the above course programs
Exam Scheme:
The candidates will be provided an objective type question paper based on MCQs in the concerned subjects-
For Engineering Stream: Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry
For Agriculture/ Medical Stream: Botany, Zoology, Physics, and Chemistry
Modes of Applying:
Online applications are invited at the website of EAMCET 2014 at eamcet.org. The candidates will have to the following amount as the registration fee through online modes only which includes – AP Online Centers/ Mee Seva Centres/ e-seva centres in Andhra Pradesh or simple internet payment (debit/ credit cards).
Application Fee:
For Engineering courses: Rs.250
For Agriculture and Medical: Rs.250
For Both the courses: Rs.500
